The 12th Hot Mount Climbing Campaign was kicked off on January 27th, 2014, joined by 69 associates who made exceptional contribution to the business performance and value creation of the company in 2013.
The associates were divided into three groups, all determined to win. With a flamboyant spirit and strong teamwork, the teams set off at the sound of whistle at 10:16 AM. They fought with their physical limits and wills to charge ahead without a single person giving up to rest, and by the 42.27th minute, the first member crossed the finish line. More members crossed as well. Instead of resting, they headed back to cheer for those behind them and by the 84.4th minute, the last member stepped over the finish line at the escort of team mates. All 69 members successfully reached the top.
Continued from the inception of the company until today, the Hot Mount Climbing Campaign has become a unique cultural program of Hot New Energy that embodies the spirits of Hot associates to “win, take responsibility, attain professionalism and self-criticize”. It also provides a challenge to overcome oneself physically and spiritually, and an opportunity to look back and ahead and “empty the glass”. As Chairman Xiao proposed during the annual meeting, “all Hot staff shall hold an attitude of ‘empty glass’, remember the lessons in 2014, and realize the transition and transformation of Hot New Energy through quality improvement!” The campaign offered the Hot pioneers with a chance to get physically and spiritually warmed up, and face up to the hardships and challenges as Hot endeavors to transit, remodel and boost contract quality in 2014. We hope to see you and feel the joys and pride when we reach the summit in the coming year.
